Very flattering.

You have some good starts in there. I am finding the shots where they are not so tight on the model are much stronger. Though it seems your conversions are a bit muddy. High contrast is good but the blacks are too prevalent perhaps. Keep shooting and looking at people's work you like...then ask why you like it.
